Yin & Sound workshop (90 minutes)
A slow-paced and gentler style of yoga with longer holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility, hydrate fascial networks and strengthen & lengthen connective tissues. The practice is mostly floor-based with use of supportive props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks.
Itβs also highly meditative and introspective, offering plenty of time and space for you to draw your awareness inside. Yin is a straightforward practice with fewer postures and simple sequencing, but it can have far-reaching effects on both your body and your mind. Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or seekers of more meditative body-mind practices.

This all-levels session is perfect for beginners β no experience required. Youβll learn foundational acro skills like cartwheels, splits, rolls, tumbles, and balances in a safe, supportive environment. No flips involved β just loads of fun, movement, and bonding time. Just enough so your Mini-Me can work off some energy & remember as a highlight of their holidays!
Whether you're discovering acrobatics for the first time or just want to stretch and play together, this workshop is a fantastic way to move, laugh, and connect with your mini.
