Ready to begin your Pilates journey but not sure where to start? This 8-week course is designed specifically for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group environment.
You’ll start with 4 weeks of Mat Pilates, where you’ll:
Learn how to properly activate your core, glutes, and stabilisers
Understand key Pilates terminology and movement patterns
Discover how to switch off overused muscles (like the neck and shoulders)
Build body awareness and confidence
Then progress to 4 weeks on the Reformer, where you’ll:
Explore resistance-based movement
Apply your mat skills to the machine
Continue building strength, flexibility, and coordination
This course is perfect for those looking to improve posture, prevent injury, and manage pain through mindful movement.
