    Andy came to the studio already full of energy from daily walks with the dog. Her aim was general fitness & strengthening.. now she’s unstoppable 🔥

    We love having her at the studio, inspiring us with her can-do attitude, consistency & enthusiasm to try new things.

    Mary visited the studio when she decided to priortise her health this year & Chris followed shortly afterwards.

    They have impressed us with their quick progression (stronger core & upper body) so.. we gota make it harder for them now.

    Glad MM is your second home & we all enjoy your company, especially Otto.

    The OG retiree loving pilates & yoga 🧘‍♂️

    Ralph was keen to add to his regular gym routine. A keen walker (w Andy & Paddy), he decided to try Pilates & yoga to complement his strength training.

    What an amazing difference with 40+ classes! With his eagerness to learn, Ralph has discovered muscles that were having a snooze 😅

    Core strength, flexibility & body awareness has definitely increased & he'll even attend the odd Barre class to work on inner legs + cardio!
