Yoga classes: Slow Flow, Yin and Yang Yin

Recovery sessions: Stretch & Destress, Unwind & Reset, Core & Release, Qi Gong is low-impact, perfect for beginners & practiced seeated or standing.

Friday 4:30pm Mat* pilates run every second Friday, Barre & W(h)ine** is once per month (last Friday of the month) where we can order food after class.
