Child-friendly class: Pilates w Mini-Me. Welcome to come with or without your child!
Yoga classes: Slow Flow, Yin and Yang Yin
Recovery sessions: Stretch & Destress, Unwind & Reset, Core & Release.
Friday sessions: On alternating Fridays, Reformer will run at 12pm or 1pm, Stretch will run at 1pm or Yoga will run at 2pm.
