90min workshop which is 60mins Yin, followed by a 30min sound bath. Think slow transitions, longer holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility, hydrate fascial networks & lengthen connective tissues. The practice is mostly floor-based with use of supportive props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks.
