Starting with 3 weeks of Mat Pilates, where you’ll:
Learn how to properly activate your core, glutes, and stabilisers
Understand key Pilates terminology & movements
Discover how to switch off overused muscles (like neck / shoulders)
Increase body awareness & confidence
Progressing to 3 weeks on the Reformer, where you’ll:
Explore resistance-based movement
Apply your mat skills to the machine
Continue building strength, flexibility, & coordination
This course is perfect for those looking to improve posture, prevent injury, and manage pain through mindful movement.
