Join Savannah for a FREE 30-minute Mat Pilates class conducted in Chinese, designed to help participants move with greater ease, improve flexibility, and feel their best.
With a background in education, Savannah is passionate about creating a calm, supportive, and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged. Pilates has played a transformative role in her own wellbeing, helping her build confidence in her body, regulate her nervous system, and strengthen and support her scoliosis. Through her personal experience, she has developed a genuine passion for helping others feel stronger, more connected, and more at ease within themselves through movement.
