Join Savannah for a free 30-minute Mat Pilates class focused on improving strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing through mindful movement.
Drawing on her background in education, Savannah brings a thoughtful, client-centred approach to every class, creating a positive and encouraging space for participants of all experience levels. Having experienced the benefits of Pilates firsthand, including increased body confidence, nervous system support, and improved strength and stability while managing scoliosis, she is passionate about helping others discover the physical and mental benefits of movement. Her classes are designed to help participants feel stronger, more connected to their bodies, and empowered in their everyday lives.
