Routine vs. Habits - Power of the Pivot
"Routine" and "habit" are often used interchangeably, but there’s a subtle difference between the two. A routine is a sequence of actions you make a conscious decision to follow i.e waking up early for a 6am class (shoutout to the Mon 6AM crew!). A habit is the behavior that will eventually happen on autopilot.. no need to overthink, just like brushing your teeth.
Let's focus on bridging the gap this month so we can start the year with a solid foudation. Consistency isn't about perfection; it’s about making whatever habit you choose to adopt, the easiest path.
