Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut better

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Topping of your choice - raspberries, blueberries, pear, stewed apples, dried fruit etc

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the topping) in a jar or container.

  2. Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight. Min 2 hours or microwave if eating in Winter, add extra milk if warming up.

  3. Top with berries, nuts, cacao nibs, or sliced banana.

You make up to 4 a week & eat them with different toppings each day 😋
