Tech Neck Relief

If you’ve been feeling your neck / shoulder starting to tense, these simple stretches can help soften them back down & restore mobility:

  • Ear to Shoulder Stretch: Gently drop right ear toward your right shoulder. Hold 20–30 seconds. Switch sides.

  • Chin to Chest Roll: Slowly roll your chin down and sweep across the collarbones side to side.

  • Upper Trapezius Release: Place one hand behind your back, tilt your head to the opposite side, and breathe deeply.

  • Posture Reset: Imagine a string lifting the crown of your head upward. Soften your ribs. Relax your jaw, part your back teeth. TIP! Use your knuckes to gently massage the jawline.

  • Double / triple Chin: To reverse our turtle necks sticking out, press the back of your skull back towards your neck.. giving yourself a double or triple chin. Use your neck strength!

Pair with your morning coffee, between emails or every time you get up to go to the toilet. Small moments of self-care that make a big difference to your posture & tight, stiff muscles.
