Join us for a gentle, welcoming day at Mindful Movement as we open our doors to the community. Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or simply curious about the studio, this is a beautiful chance to explore the space, meet our team, and experience what mindful movement feels like.
Our instructors will give mini‑tours, answer your questions, and provide short demos so you can get a sense of our approach to Reformer, Mat, yoga and strength‑based movement. You’ll also be able to chat with us about class types, memberships, and the best place to begin based on your goals.
Expect a supportive & friendly atmosphere, light refreshments, and a studio that feels like a little pocket of stillness in the middle of Surrey Hills. Come on your own or bring a friend, fam or frenemies 😉 everyone is welcome!
