Regain confidence in your movement with our gentle and supportive 4-week Balance & Mobility Course. Designed for mature-aged participants or those recovering from injury, this series focuses on improving stability, coordination, and strength in a safe and encouraging environment.
Each session includes practical exercises to help reduce the risk of falls, build core control, and improve functional movement - think getting in and out of car, carrying groceries or reaching for cupboards. Ideal for improving balance, injury prevention, and moving with ease and confidence.

About Your Facilitator
Maria brings over 20 years of experience in teaching ballet, aerials, and movement, and has recently added Pilates to her repertoire. She’ll guide you through exercises you never knew you needed — from deep internal core activation to the small but essential muscles in your feet. Drawing from the Pilates Method, Feldenkrais Method, and strength and stretch techniques, Maria offers a thoughtfully crafted program to help you build stability, strength, and resilience from the ground up.
