Mindful Movement has honestly changed my life!

I’ve been attending classes for almost 3 months now and have seen some great physical & mental results in this time.

As an exhausted Mum of two toddlers, working full time, I got into the habit of putting myself last & certainly never felt I had the energy for exercise. I was so self conscious about my size & abilities that I’d talk myself out of putting myself out there & giving it a go, stuck in a vicious cycle.

I finally took the plunge and attended Mindful Movement one day on a class pass and am so grateful that I did. It is such a welcoming & inclusive environment. The instructors are all fabulous, they take the time to focus on technique & will modify exercises if need be, there’s a great variety of classes & facilities are beautiful.
