What is the Maya Reset?

1

The Maya Reset is a 60-minute holistic bodywork and energy healing session designed to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and self-healing. The session gently works with the spine, nervous system, and energy body to release stress, tension, and stored emotional patterns.

What happens during a session?

Each session begins with a short check-in and conversation about what’s currently happening in your body, nervous system, and life. This helps clarify what we’ll be working on and sets the intention for the session.

You’ll then lie fully clothed, face down on a comfortable treatment table. From here, we move into breath awareness, body awareness, and gentle relaxation techniques drawn from yoga therapy and Reiki.

As the body settles, I begin working with Integral and Spinal Energetics techniques, using gentle, soft touch along the spine. This supports ease, safety, and rapport within the nervous system, helping activate relaxation and the body’s natural self-healing response.

The session combines subtle chiropractic-based principles and energy techniques to encourage energy flow through the spine, nervous system, and energy channels in and around the body. The work is non-invasive, slow, and deeply nurturing.

What will I feel during or after a session?

Many people feel deeply relaxed during the session. Afterward, you may notice physical ease, emotional release, mental clarity, or a sense of grounding and calm. Over time and with continued care, people often experience emotional shifts and later deeper spiritual awareness.

The Maya Reset is suitable for people and children experiencing stress, tension, nervous system overwhelm, emotional holding, or those seeking deeper body awareness and self-healing. Sessions are gentle, fully clothed, and trauma-aware.

What happens after the session?

How many sessions do I need?

After the bodywork, we take time to check in and talk about your experience. I’ll offer simple tools you can take home, such as breath practices, awareness exercises, or lifestyle suggestions to support integration and continued nervous system regulation.

While one session can be deeply beneficial, optimal change and long-term nervous system re-patterning happens through continued care. I generally recommend follow-up sessions every 1–2 weeks to build energy awareness, support integration, and allow deeper physical, emotional, and nervous system shifts to unfold.
